About Me

I am a Client Centred Hypnotherapist and Psychotherapeutic Counsellor. I have undergone extensive further training including Virtual Gastric Band Weight Loss, Parts and Ego States Therapy, Anxiety Trauma and PTSD, as well as qualifying as a Hypno4Children Practitioner.

I became a therapist after undertaking my own journey as a hypnotherapy client for weight loss around 10 years ago. Hypnotherapy enabled me to bring to an end the toxic cycle of 20 years of yoyo dieting! Following that success I went on to have further blocks of sessions for IBS, and self-confidence. I was so amazed by the life transforming difference hypnotherapy was able to achieve that I decided to retrain as a hypnotherapist so I could help others achieve real positive change too. During the first lockdown I decided to use my time to explore my interest in counselling, which I did and am now a Pluralistic Counsellor. This embodies psychodynamic, humanistic and CBT therapeutic approaches through a person-centred lens.

Bespoke sessions are tailored specifically for what you want to achieve with a kind, caring and holistic approach. Working together you can be free of past negative programming and look forward to living your life feeling calm, confident and in control.

I feel blessed that I can now share the peace, healing and change that hypnotherapy and counselling can achieve and am proud to share the benefits of hypnotherapy as a Complementary Therapist for the Macmillan Centre at Southampton General Hospital.

I am very passionate about the positive changes we can make together.
